This option allows you to schedule an online video visit or a phone visit with a provider when it’s convenient for you. This is an easy way to be diagnosed and treated for common minor medical conditions. A Holy Cross Health provider will connect with you during your scheduled appointment and offer a diagnosis and treatment plan.
To schedule a visit
Schedule your visit:
- Based on your provider’s preferred scheduling method, schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you.
Provider confirms appointment:
- Based on provider availability, appointment is confirmed.
- You will need a computer or tablet/iPad or smartphone but no additional software. Have an audio device with a microphone, such as a headset or USB-connected speaker/microphone combo, that can connect so you can hear and speak with your provider. If you are doing a video visit, you will also need to see your provider on screen.
Video Interview:
- Your provider will send you a message with a link to activate your video visit.
- Speak with your provider about your symptoms.
- Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription, if necessary.
- Shortly after the completion of your video visit, you’ll be notified when the results are available.

We offer rapid COVID-19 tests at Holy Cross Urgent Care centers.
- COVID-19 symptoms range from mild to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
